Partners in Rainmaking™is a one-of-a-kind, three-month program designed specifically to build on the power of two colleagues working together, with 3-5 teams from other professions. None are competitive. The goal: to grow rainmaking competency, action and outcomes. PIR is practical and results focused. Participants don’t change who they are—rather they work from their strengths and use their accountability to one another to bring in more clients and more revenue.

PIR is designed for key players of any professional services firm who want to generate significant new revenue annually, but either don’t know how or don’t feel comfortable going after new business. What outcomes can you expect?
You will be a more competent, confident and comfortable new business generator. You’ll have a proven, structured approach for referrals, a well-researched list of potential prospects, a business development strategy and a 100 day action plan. You’ll understand how buyers make decisions.
What’s included in PIR?
- An initial one-hour coaching session with each set of accountability partners that identifies their individual needs and interests, and helps them be more prepared to start working with each other and within the larger group.
- Five group learning sessions, each four hours long, with focused homework assignments to reinforce the learning. Partners will work together during these sessions and on the homework.
- Two one-hour group coaching sessions by phone.
- An hour-long individual, private coaching session with Betsy Buckley, designed to review written plans and establish accountability benchmarks.
- An option to earn a bonus private coaching session by turning in all assigned homework.
