Andrea Trombley, Director of Communications
The primary day-to-day contact point for What Matters, Andrea oversees communications with clients and vendors, and owns keeping all work products on schedule with the highest quality. Andrea has a Marketing Management and Business Communications degree from Minnesota’s University of St. Thomas. 

Kristin Dery, Director of Special Projects
Driving everything from products to business processes at What Matters, Kristin brings strong skills as a professional organizer (she founded Re:arrangement, Inc) and from prior careers in IT and travel. With a B.S. in Management, Kristin is currently driving the 2009 launch of Partners in Rainmaking™, a service designed to help professional services partners stay committed to their rainmaking through collaboration with their administrative support colleagues.

Dennis McGrath, Chief Communications Officer
Former CEO of the Twin Cities PR firm known as Mona, Meyer, McGrath & Gavin and nationally and internationally respected PR and corporate communications professional, Dennis helps What Matters and their clients shape and deliver messages that matter and get visibility.
