We are committed to our clients' growth. And, willing to partner with them in ways that share the risk. We also are well aware that success requires effort on both our parts, and have developed systems to account for that. Some of the contractual relationships we've entered into include:

• Absolute money back guarantees on our Second Opinion service. If our work does not result in increased revenues and/or reduced marketing/business development expenses that at least equal 125% of our fees within twelve months of the completion of our efforts, we will fully refund all of our work. Period.
  
• Reduced coaching/consulting/training fees. If agreed upon milestones are met, an upside success fee is added to our compensation.
  
• Reduced fees on special services. For clients that are under a retainer fee arrangement, services such as speaking or webinars are discounted.
